"Excellent property when flying out early morning. They provide an early morning continental breakfast starting at 2am that is larger than many regular breakfast buffets. A very short walk to Lisbon Airport (less than 5 minutes) since no shuttles run until 4am and we had a 525am flight out. Would use them anytime in the future. Staff was amazing and we checked our luggage early with no charge so we could continue to explore Lisbon on our last day in Portugal. "

"The Pestana Rua Augusta treated us so wonderfully on our 2-night stay during our honeymoon. Upgraded room, congratulatory champagne and chocolate covered strawberries—we were so happy! This location is centrally located and walkable to most spots in the city. For those spots outside of the neighborhood, it is easy to access both the Metro, buses, and trams. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit Lisbon. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is conveniently located near several subway stations, shopping, etc. The breakfast was nice but not the best we have had. The hotel is located down a cobblestone street not accessed by cars, with lots of very aggressive restaurants along the path. The room was spacious enough, but it is a real no-frills experience.
