"Fantastic host so kind and attentive. Room was very clean and big comfortable bed with great pillows. Bathroom was huge. Lovely gardens. Convenient to local supermarket. Breakfast was more than we could eat with a variety of fruit, pastries, baguette, cheese, yoghurt and jams. Host asked if we would like eggs too! Coffee tea and hot chocolate too!"

The facilities we stayed in were not in any way appropriate for us. Two bedrooms and a hallway to a bathroom. "This was absolutely what we wanted, a nice quiet place - the garden is so big it felt like our own secluded woodland. Nice countryside nearby - try Cleres, Pavilly, and the wooded valleys locally. Rouen's a short drive, lots of other charming places only a little further away.. If you don't speak any French I expect Sandrine's enthusiasm and welcoming approach will still sail through the language barrier. Loved it."
