The fitness room is perfunctory though - two treadmills, a weight bench and dumbbells to 20 kg. There are four wash/dry laundry machines on the 23rd floor - handy but popular. The location is quite convenient and walkable being midway between Yodayabashi and Hommachi metro stations and a few minutes walk to either ."

If you’re to do laundry, there’s only 2 machines — it gets busy. My suggestion would to do laundry in the early morning before the daily activities. "

"we loved this property! It was the perfect location. Right in the middle of Dontonbori, most things we wanted to do and see were so close. Being right in the middle of Dontonbori you would expect noise but it was very quite.The morning breakfast buffet was very good. For the price I was very surprised by how nice this hotel was. It was pretty spacious compare the other rooms we stayed in while in japan. we are for sure staying here again for our next visit to osaka!"
