"The ryokan and the area surrounding it was absolutely beautiful. The staff are very kind and will take the time to assist as much as possible, even with the language barrier. "The Superior King rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very good and not crowded on any of our three times there. The fitness room is perfunctory though - two treadmills, a weight bench and dumbbells to 20 kg. There are four wash/dry laundry machines on the 23rd floor - handy but popular.
