The apartments were very clean with very comfortable beds .We were on a high floor so we had really good views of the city as well hardly hearing anything from the streets below.The pool and gym were good and the apartments were in a great location with easy access to everything. Really good for families

Citadines is located in the most convenient location imaginable. The staff were friendly and checking in was quick and easy. Rooms were well kept and reasonably priced. We had a great stay and recommend it to everyone.

“Treat Yourself to Citadines”

Citadines on Bourke was a wonderful place to stay during our recent visit to Melbourne for the Australian Open. Great facilities in the room - kitchenette, and a guest laundry down the hallway. The view of the city we got, particularly at night, from our room on the 22nd floor was fabulous. We walked to the tennis in the morning but caught a tram home. Trams to everywhere important (Docklands, St Kilda) were right at the door in Bourke Street, the free Tourist Shuttle Bus had a stop around the corner in Exhibition Street and the free Tourist City Tram stopped one more block up in Spring Street. Fabulous shopping and eating venues surrounded us. Not cheap, but we'll definitely return.

Perfect city hotel for a short stay. Very centrally located and comfortable, would def stay there again!

“CITTADINES BURKE ST MLB NUMBER 1 ACCOMODATION”

.From check in to checkout the sevice was excellent; helpful and freindly front desk staff. When we came back later that afternoon to check in they changed our room as ours wasn't ready.The Studio room 6th Floor was large plenty of room for luggage(often a problem in cramped hotel rooms) kitchenette bathroom lounge area and bedroom spacious:comfortable bed ;Couch in lounge area useful when i wanted to read and partner to watch TV from the bed .View from room overlooked laneway at Stamford plaza hotel nice it just wasn't another building.Security use of key cards to acess lifts good.LOCATION LOCATION was central to everything Burke st Mall a few minutes walk as were lots of restaurant dining options. Didnt use the hotels restaurant except for one breakfast but so many cafes coffee shops around that breakfast choices & prices were amazing.Have stayed previously in City tempo but this was far superior..Would definately recommend this hotel will stay here when next in Melbourne &wouldl ook at their other hotels in asia.

“I Love Citidines”

Spotlessly clean with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. My only criticism which is a very minor one is the liquid soap dispenser which required two hands to obtain the soap. The pool, gym and sauna made a great start to the day and i would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centrally located clean economical hotel

“Great value”

Three sisters enjoyed a four night stay at hotel. We were in Melbourne for a wedding and a bit of retail therapy. Hotel was in excellent location and the condition & cleanliness was superb. Little bit of a mix up with bed configuration but it was sorted out quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette very handy. The rooms were very quiet considering the location. The only downside was the time waiting for a lift occasionally (not always) but considering the size of the hotel i suppose that is to be expected. Would definitely stay again.
