"Overall the stay was lovely. The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, cozy and fit our needs perfectly. The location was about 20 minutes from various restaurants and the larger town of Hawley. I could envision this being a great place to spend summer months at the pool, lakes and exploring the surrounding hiking trails and towns. Patrick was very responsive to my inquiries. The only downer was that the jacuzzi tub wasn't heating properly, but I'm sure this will be fixed."

"Kevin was a incredibly hospitable. The house is in a great location and you can find just about anything within walking distance. Port Jervis is a nice town where you can feel safe wandering about. The backyard was also great and very convenient for our dogs. 10/10 I recommend it!"

"Quiet, cozy and relaxing property surrounded by naturally beautiful setting! We had a very relaxing time and the host made sure all our questions were answered promptly, very easy to deal with. The owners leave no stone unturned when seeing that their guests are comfortable and well provided for. If we were to come back to NJ for a visit in a heatbeat we'd choose to come back here!!"

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"My family had a great time staying here in the winter time to catch one last ski day for the season. The neighborhood is very nice, with visits from a beautiful family of deer! The amenities of the house are great, we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, especially after a tiring day on the slopes! The kitchen, although fairly small, was fully stocked with what we needed to cook and the large dining table served our needs perfectly for family meals. We would greatly recommend this property...

"Wonderful place to stay! An excellent cabin; right on the river. Very comfortable - the mattress was fantastic. Had EVERYTHING I needed (and more); all the kitchen necessities, everything labeled; wood-burning stove; smore fixings! It was lovely being on the river; outstanding communication with Krystyn. Can't wait to return :)"
