"Beautiful property (la Estancia) and our room was perfect for our family. I thought the couch in the main room was a sofa bed (for our son) but we made do. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. We didn't cook (other than simple breakfast foods) but it had everything a cook would need. The patio was lovely and we enjoyed having coffee there in the morning. The property was quiet and peaceful, the grounds were lovely. Perfect distance from town to walk on the beach....

"The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. "Loved the staff from the pool 4 Ismael drinks on point VIP. Lobby BAR Francisco drinks on point too. Don Diego restaurant our dinner and breakfast waiters were so friendly Jorge and Richi. Entertainment ladies Carmen and Yuqui kept the vibe going at the adults only pool along with our waiter Carlos who kept the drinks coming. Bar Agave staff were awesome too Edgar, Severo, Sergio and Gregorio. All were amazingly friendly and so attentive. 3rd time there and can't wait to go back."

Room was clean upon arrival and check in was an easy process. The hospitality of the staff here is excellent. They would always ask how things were going and if we needed anything. "scenery was very pretty, beach was hard to walk on, very sloped and soft, sand was coarse. after a long flight and taxi ride to venue,(we had to procure) i was unable to get around. staff checking us in were more concerned with the "selling" of time share, and wouldn't let me go to room until i agreed to tour the next day. i finally just wheeled off in my wheelchair. i didn't go the next day"
