Overall we had a decent experience with this property. Walkable to downtown and easy to go to the Marina. Customer staff gave us a decent experience overall and tried selling us on a upgrade club access outside our itinerary. The experience that fell short was the food accommodations, lack of quality food options and conditons of the property. It needs a few upgrades and amenities to justify the price value. Room conditions were subpar. We got sick from the food options provided and room service menu was limited. We always felt safe and secuirty checkpoints did provide comfort. Communication via Expedia was minimal at best. Overall it was decent but I could not recommend for the value.

Excellent stay! Greeting Upon Arrival: excellent. Very nice staff Check In: smooth process. I don't know how it happened but a pleasant surprise to be VIP. Our room was upgraded to a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and full kitchen. Amenities: excellent. Restaurants for dining, pool choices, bars Quality of Food: could be better. Quality of Service: excellent. The service was kinda slow when we arrived and ate at Agave but other than that excellent. Activities: attened the white party. The buffet was decent. The show was great and so were the games they played. Shout outs for AMAZING service: Carlos (adult pool 2): Superb service. He was attentive and prompt. Carlos was on top of it. Arturo (breakfast at Don Diego's): Over and beyond service. We asked to sit in Arturo's section each breakfast. Our first breakfast there was mango and salmon with capers that was delicious. The rest of our trip, those two items were not put out. We asked Arturo and he asked the back kitchen and brought us a plate of each. We will miss him! Yuki (adult pool 2): She was so fun. Great hostess of pool activities. She recognized us every time we went to the pool. Juan (white party): Super nice and great sense of humor. Very accommodating and prompt with atrending to us. Two Doormen Upon Arrivals/Departures: We dont remember their names but they took care of us as far as transportation and luggage. Stellar customer service.

First time in Cabo for my birthday and it was amazing!!! The staff were so much fun and amazing. Enrique and the pool girls did yoga and games and stuff with us everyday!! I will most definitely come back:)

This property is huge so if you’re elderly it maybe hard to walk to the pool. The alcoholic beverages were below par. They try and upsell you on everything. The food is just okay and there is nothing to eat between 4-6 except at the cupcake cafe in the form of premade sandwiches. Of course there is room service. I will never stay there again.

This is a beautiful property! The pools and landscape are absolutely stunning. Staff was attentive and very friendly. The food however was subpar from what I remember it being my last visit there. Became very ill for two days with montezumas revenge. Probably won’t return.
