"The hotel was ok, but no early check in had to wait until after 2pm and then they couldn't find the booking but got there in the end. Like everywhere in Sydney some sort of construction work was going on but very enoying getting woke up with the noise at 7.30 am. It is also a pain having to walk up the hill to the hotel. If I was going to Sydney again which we did, I would rather stay somewhere else."

"Overall the property was good. However, after going to the room once booked in, we realised there was a problem with the TV reception. We were unable to watch any channels. At first the reception staff were very helpful. However, when they could not fix the problem, they upgraded the issue to a maintenance issue. The maintenance man eventually came over a hour later, with no updates. The issue was eventually resolved some 2 to 3 hours later. We did not get any apologies at all from reception or...

"GREAT property!!! The coffee machine in the room and the free barista coffee on your way out the door in the morning are AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property. I've stayed in a few properties over the last 3 months in Chatswood, and this one is by far the best. Its clean and modern. The staff are very lovely, the towels are fluffy and the bed is extremely comfortable."
