Very attentive staff. Lovely roof terrace and spa including a small indoor pool. Historic building with only 12 rooms, close to the promenade near the sea front, in the old town. Good atmosphere and ambiance, We liked the furnishings and pictures.
This was an amazing experience -- we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We found that the food was beyond 5 star...and the feel of the entire hotel was just wonderful The only negative thing that we found during our stay there, was that the internet was a bit flakey -- had to keep putting in the password during the sessions, and since we paid extra for this service for the week, we were a bit disappointed in its performance. Otherwise the place is really wonderful. We especially liked the area, walking along the seawall was outstanding and the many places to eat and drink within minutes of the hotel were outstanding. Would never get tired of looking at the sea.
"Beautiful views, friendliest people on the island!"
Nixe Palace was wonderful! Unfortunately, our island experience was not the best (off-season). The hotel staff was amazing, going above and beyond to cater to our needs. Excellent restaurant suggestions. The hotel views were breathtaking. Because it was off-season the waves were wild, so the beach was not clean. Overall, best hotel we've stayed in.
We had a great stay in late October. Fabulous weather in the prettiest part of Mallorca. The hotel is great. It is stretched out along the cliff (and I mean right on the cliff!) and so if you have mobility problems (or vertigo) it may not be the best for you but everywhere is accessible by lift - you just may have to take 3 different ones to get from one end to the other. It's location is what makes it so special, perched high above the harbour. The views are stunning. The facilities are fitting of a 5 star hotel and the spa is one of the best I have ever been too. Both pools were great although we mostly stayed in the lower kids pool with our daughter. You could easily escape children if you wanted to up at the infinity pool. The restaurants and bars were really very good, if a little pricey (but given the setting acceptable) and a Hendricks and tonic at the sunset bar has never tasted better. The rooms are lovely with great touches like Bose sound docks and media interfaces for all your tech, free wifi everywhere, Nespresso machines, water and fruit every day, clever light and curtain controls by your bed (which is enormous btw) and brilliant bathrooms. All the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble even providing blankets when the temperature dropped after sunset. We treated ourself to stay here and loved it. We will be back!

Excellent staff, really efficient and personable - no problem to go out of their way for you! Got a superb huge room, marble floors, double sink in bathroom...loads of toiletries and towels. Attached was a huge private terrace even bigger than the room. AC was great and needed. Breakfast...everything you could ask for and more!
Had a great time at this hotel and recommend it. Hotel, facilities, food and beach access were great. Grounds are extensive, so you can always find a nice spot. No towels on sunbeds and three pools across the complex to choose from. Guests are mainly from Germany, so British visitors are in the minority. Friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices and good entertainment. We also found a great "chill out" beach bar just 5 minutes walk up the beach.
You go there because of the fantastic outside facilities: spacious garden-like grounds, various pools, chillout areas, andgreat views of the coastline. The room, even though it had seaview, left much to be desired: the bed was too narrow and the room had stains.
Despite their inability to provide clean glasses for orange juice we recommend the breakfast buffet as it offered an excellent range of options and good quality food. The omelettes and crepes need a heating plate.

We went for the All Inclusive room rate and was not disappointed. Food was varied, vegetarian friendly and generally very good.
Facilities for children were also very good. The Kids' Club was very well organised, friendly and welcoming; we were never stuck for something to entertain our child. The evening entertainment was also very family-orientated and the children's mini disco every night was a constant hit with our 6 year-old.
The private beach/lounge area for hotel guests was well situated and offered great views and privacy. The perfect spot to read your book and enjoy a drink (or two!) from the nearby bar.
