"Lovely, updated two-bedroom house in a beautiful setting! Situated half-way between two Acadia National Park destinations - the more popular (and more crowded) Mt Desert Island/Bar Harbor and the beautiful (less crowded) Schoodic Peninsula. The house was clean and well-cared for with newer appliances and the convenience of a washer and dryer. Check-in and out was simple and Amy made herself available but we had absolutely no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"Maine is spectacular in mid-October. The Primrose Apartment was the perfect location to see the colorful leaves, visit lighthouses and enjoy all both Rockland and Camden have to offer. Alex and Siobhan were gracious, thoughtful and kind hosts. The view of Glen Cove from both the kitchen window and the deck is stunning. The Primrose was the perfect property and location for our stay."

"This property was a lot of fun to stay at. It’s a charming, rustic two story cottage with plenty of room for the 10 of us traveling together. It’s 5-10 minutes from Ellsworth and 45 minutes from Acadia. We really enjoyed our time there. Our host, Jon, was great. Each time I contacted him, he responded almost immediately and was very helpful. All towels and linens are provided and there’s plenty of pans and dishes for cooking. "We could not have been happier at this house. We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. It’s quiet, surrounded by woods and on the water. There is a house 100 yards away that you can see, other than that it’s just you and nature. We used the firepit one night and kitchen two nights. We didn’t mind the drive 45 mins into bar harbor each day. Easy and nice drive. Only thing I would change is the beds are a little hard, but that’s personal preference. Don’t be afraid to book this one!"

"We had a wonderful time hiking Acadia with our dogs during the quiet season. It was great that the property was available to us when most of the rentals are closed for the winter. The property was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was located right near the Schoodic Point, a beautiful area of Acadia. We got to take in the exciting remnants of a coastal storm from a safe distance. All of us truly enjoyed our stay."
