"This was a wonderful hotel for the LU graduation weekend. The service was great, the room was clean, and the staff went all out for the graduates with balloons, gift bags, and a reception. My ONLY complaint was the 1-ply toilet paper. LOL!"

"They were extremely friendly upon entering the hotel. They had a celebration with snacks and drinks for LU graduates and their families. They were accommodating with whatever we needed. The only thing annoying was we were so happy that check out was at 12 PM but the cleaning lady came in our room four times without knocking trying to rush us out of there. One time my teen son was in bed and she walked in on him without knocking. She did not speak English so I could not communicate with her. I was also sad to get to breakfast and there was no more oatmeal this morning but overall I can tell they really tried their best so I will still give five stars. "
