Exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to earls court which is the station that will take you straight to airport. Many restaurants and coffee shops really close by. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit London. Can’t believe how lucky I got. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall my stay was pleasant. The cleanliness of our hotel room was not up to par. There were stains on the curtains, carpet, and on the bathroom door. Hair was on the carpet floor and on the pillows. I did bring this to the attention of guest services and they were able to accommodate me a new pillow change and cleaning services, along with a free beverage. The staff there were amazing and very polite.

Location, location, location!
Considering the west London location, the Heeton offers great value. Our family room was compact but comfortable for a short stay. Lets face it, you dont travel to London to spend a lot of time in your hotel room.

Treat yourself to something nicer than this.
Very cramped room, possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. Towels are thin and no way to dry them between showers due to only having an old slightly smelly air unit above the door. We had a broken outlet, a broken switch and out of date tea making accompaniments (sugar packets had become one melted solid block) pillows were thin and lumpy as was the mattress. The walk way space between beds and furniture was to be honest inaccessible. I will say the staff were very friendly and helpful and the interior design is pleasant enough. It's close to a tube stop and has local stores nearby. I've had better hotels for the same amount and in better locations.

Hotel was in a nice , safe , convenient location and good value for the money . The staff made a special effort for my daughters birthday leaving balloons and treats in the room which was lovely . Room was on the top floor so was quite small with sloping floor but was clean and comfortable enough with all we needed for our stay .

Overall the property was well maintained and cleaned. It was a 2 minute walk from the Earl's Court tube station. The hotel offers some discounts to some of the restaurants in the area. We tried one restaurant in the area but found it wasn't that great. The hotel also offers a free beverage if you decide not to have your room cleaned that day. Overall we found the hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful.

It has an excellent location, near 2 good tube lines to go to the touristy places in London. The room was small but comfortable, the only issue is that the A/C and water pipes made weird noises that for some people could be bad for sleeping.

Definitely stay here again
A good but average hotel for London with friendly helpful staff. The locals discounts at many businesses around Earl’s Court made this stay a great one and I use this hotel again on my next return to London

Good location, especially for the price. Basic amenities. Air conditioner was very noisy. Lift broken/ out of service for more than 24 hours. Nice front desk staff. Great “green” program.
