Bedrooms were rather tired in their appearance (although bathroom shower was good). Probably the hotel is in the process of updating but downstairs rooms were noisy at the front of the building.

Lovely staff, quiet location and great breakfast. Only reason for 4/5 was the pillow was average quality so bear in mind if that stuff really matters to you

Perfect little gem tucked into Chiswick. Perfect walking area with multiple access points for various transportation types. Staff is wonderful and friendly.

Lovely Hotel!
The room was rather small - bathroom especially, but that's a normal thing in Europe I've learned. I loved the whole experience in London's Chiwick area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good!

This is a real value, in the midst of the beautiful, convenient, safe Chiswick area of London. The staff is super friendly, helpful and upgraded our room upon request, as we are repeat, happy customers! Will stay here again!!

The room was good, comfy bed, service of rooms was good, convenient location, walkable to shops and dining places. The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss, having to sign in every day, should last the whole time from first signing in.

Good location but facility needs improvement
Cons: - Dirty room - Stained and torn carpet - Lazy cleaning staff that does the minimum - Cleaning staff left my window open and I had insects in my room when I returned. - Breakfast is the same every morning - If you are in room 109, the staff constantly keeps the hall door open and blocking your room access Pros: - Friendly front desk staff - Quiet - Located near restaurants and public transportation - Good breakfast

Great value for the price! Comfortable room, excellent location, walking distance to the Thames and to the Tube. I needed a place with parking which was perfect (just a very narrow driveway) and only 20 minutes from Heathrow. Would stay here again.

Good choice for London suburb stay
Excellent choice for a 9 day stay in London. I had. very compact but quiet room. My package included a full buffet breakfast was a nice treat. Convenient to tube stations (approx. 20 minutes to Central London. Many decent local restaurants are just outside the hotel. Nice residential neighborhood. Other than an a/c leak issue in my room, it was a good stay.

So Expensive for b&b
So expensive. No bar, no restaurant, no room service yet huge bill for b&b. Pressure breakfast in with reception and matron watches you at all times.

Good stay
It was a lovrly hotel very clean and the staff was very welcoming which is what you want on entering a hotel the bed couldve been softer maybe a topper on it but overall a good stay.

Recommended
Welcoming, clean and comfortable hotel with parking in a great location for London. There were one or two minor things - stained carpets, a high window that wouldn’t close properly (on a very cold night), and no view - but compensated by good beds, excellent heating and air-con, and shiny bathrooms. Plus, great price too.

Nice hotel, very clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative point is the in-house taxi service, the taxi smelt of musty body odor which lingered when we arrived at our destination. Not pleasant.

I love the staff. They were very nice and professional. They made sure my room stayed clean. The location was perfect—there was access to public transportation and central London was only about 20 minutes away. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will be staying at this hotel again when I return to London.
