"The property looks like the listing. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, amazing pool. It is not in a walkable distance and you need a driver because there is no parking on the property. It will need to have maintenance on a regular basis, otherwise it will not age well… Overall good deal."

While it may not be located in the commercial area, there is a fantastic restaurant next door."
