"Location superb for what we wanted. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel was clean and staff very welcoming. Room was good. Only issue was the pillows were very hard. Would definitely stay again."

"Thought I had booked to include breakfast, had to pay extra. Checked by searching another booking at same hotel, later in week and it has the option to include breakfast at either an added cost or no cost, depending on room type. Also not clear on parking charge, which was also added to over all cost. "

"Great location.Apartment had everything you could need.Good value. Only niggle is,the apartment is ready for a spruce up.decor just in need of a lick of paint,and some of the furniture was a little tired."

"We are usually premier inn customers but this time the Hilton was cheaper to stay. We were seeing Eric Clapton at Liverpool and we are local but decided to make a weekend of it. Hotel was lovely but just felt everything was a bit stingee. Cups In room were tiny and one milk each, one tea bag each. Chairs in room weren’t comfy and no fridge. Not enough staff on. Quite pricy at the bar. Overall nice place to stay x "

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant. Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do. Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "

"Good size and good location. Got a balcony to look outside. Only wish the view is a little better, as it faces city buildings, rather than the Mersey river. Bathroom, TV and kitchen facility are all spot on! "
