"Nice modern property, good valet parking which made it easy to access by car which is not always easy in Lisbon. Staff attentive, room spacious however there were a number of little things that could be better. I found the fact the bathroom is basically in the bedroom with glass walls a bit odd, the electrical blinds seemed cool but didn’t always work which was annoying, they wouldn’t give me a locker in the spa said I should go back to my room to change! If they get the little things right...

"We weren’t expecting much from this as a one night cheap stay but the hotel was fantastic - kind and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, great breakfast. The little things impressed us a lot - like a case weighing scale in reception to save faffing at the airport, and screens at reception with flight times. Just nice thoughtful things that would be good to have in other places!"

"This is a well-appointed hotel, and our room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were very helpful, and spoke embarrassingly good English. The food was prepared to a very high standard. There is a nearby metro station that takes you straight through to the airport in about 20 minutes."

"Excellent reception service. Favio helped us check in to the hotel. He also took care of our transfer from the hotel to the train station. Breakfast was delicious."
