We loved our stay here! Every staff member was so courteous, especially since we were traveling with our three-year old son. We felt so welcomed and never felt like we were burdening the staff with any of our requests. Thank you to everyone at Tesouro da Baixa!

Nice hotel with a nice breakfast. Location is close to the most attractions, dining, and shopping, and subway, trolley and traintransportation. Bed was uncomfortable, no pen/pencil or note pad in the room.

It was close to the metro and was in the centre of Lisbon. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel was ideal for us and had a real feel good vibe about it and I loved the shoe shop, bought a new pair during my stay.

Great spot - nice breakfast and very clean rooms and well appointed. Very convenient spot to walk around Lisbon from. Can be noisy being downtown but that’s to be expected. Superb staff and hospitality.

Good, centrally located small hotel.

Very helpful and service minded staff. Little slow check-in procedure but just a minor thing. Nice breakfast with local produce. Cleaning was fine, but cleaning detergent used left a little sour smell in the rooms - would recommend change. Good central location in old town.

The property was comfortable enough with spacious bathroom and room. The only thing is don’t expect your typical hotel lobby when you arrive it was confusing because you have to go through the shoe stores into the elevator to get to the third floor and then you realise it’s actually a hotel.

My husband & I stayed for a week at Tesouro de Baixa, we loved it!!! LOCATION LOCATION, walking to all main plazas & attractions in Baixa & Chiado; and very close to public transportation stops to go to Alfama & Barrio Alto. Also close to train station to take you to Sintra & Cascais. The breakfast offered was excellent, variety. The staff was super nice, they were always courteous, willing to help us, and provided us with lots of great information. We would go back to Tesouro.

This boutique hotel was amazing. A large part of that is due to the staff. They are so friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have. The breakfast was amazing. Everything is so fresh and the coffee is delicious. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Location was perfect!

Wonderful hotel

The hotel is great! Very interesting, modern refurbished old building. Very near shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable! It is a very urban area, so do be prepared for some noise and light at night. A sleep mask and ear plugs may be a great idea of you are sensitive.
