"We have stayed multiple times at Castaway and this was by far the most disappointing. The staff were lovely as always, however the dining options were extremely disappointing. Being forced on some nights to have the buffet when all we wanted was a single dish each meant that dining was very expensive for a family of four. The resort also feels very dated now We now are in 2 minds as to whether we would come back. "

"The resort is absolutely stunning, the pools were absolutely beautiful. The beach wasn't very appealing to swim in, but had great sunsets if you just want to go for a walk in the evening. The staff was absolutely fantastic, not a single complainant about all the workers there. They made our stay unforgettable. The rooms could use a little bit of maintenance, nothing major but stuff like lights not working, tiles wobbly, and toilet / shower door not closing properly and sink / bath plug doesn't...

"The best stay at Treasure Island! The staff are very friendly and adhesions to all needs. The island is perfect for friends, families and couples. Water sports was available all day, you could use the paddle boards, kayaks, catamaran and there is also snorkelling available at all times without extra cost. Breakfast was lovely, night time meal options were good and drinks also. We really enjoyed our time on the island and could have easily stayed for up to a week as our 2 nights and 3 days was...

"A very nice hotel in a great spot for the airport, it is literally just across the street. The airport shuttle was useful but we could have walked it was so close by. The room was comfortable and had what we needed for our 1 night stay. The pool area was nice, the food in the restaurant was fairly good, probably about average for hotel food. We would stay here again if in Fiji"

"Despite being a large and busy resort there is always somewhere you can have no one around. Also expire 2 other resorts. Heaps to do for teenagers and a good variety of restaurants. Clear water and snorkelling just off the beach. "

I contacted Expedia team via Virbo and customer care team assured me that all was well. When I got to the property area around it was dirty . To top it off place was occupied by someone else .
