"The unit was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress on the bed left a lot to be desired and was very small for being listed as a queen. The couch was also very uncomfortable. Additionally, the miniature coffee pot isn’t practical, even for two people, and the pots/pans were giving dollar store quality. The saving factors were the view and proximity to the beach/pool. Having stayed in several other units/properties, I expect more for the cost."

Holiday Inn Express Bluffton at Hilton Head Area, an IHG Hotel

"Spent 9 days here recently and enjoyed our stay. Front desk associates were friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping was slow in cleaning rooms and didn’t change our bedding the whole time we were there. Also most of the housekeeping staff did not speak fluent English therefore making it hard for them to understand our needs. Easy access and liberal parking. Close to everything including outlet malls, restaurants,downtown Bluffton. Hilton Head was just across the bridge and took about 10 minutes to get to. All in all I highly recommend and will be staying there again soon. "

"Incredible attention to detail and everyone was incredibly pleasant and helpful from a customer service. They really make you feel at home and I don't think I have dropped the stresses of everyday life so quickly before, big tip of the cap to the Montage team and amenities for helping that happen. "

Desk Clerk needed more help !

"Our stay was great - very comfortable ! Just felt sorry for the front deck clerk because she was the only one working the front desk and a huge wedding party, a family reunion and Artist for a local craft show was checking in all at the same time ! She needed more help - customers were getting agitated ! "
