It was our first time there. The villas are perfect for families. We arrive late and check in was no problem. I like that there’s a shuttle to the beach. Would definitely visit again.

The accommodation were great and the amenities were wonderful. The pool and the walk up pool bar were super. The condition of the townhouse itself was not so good. There were roaches and fruit flies and the carpet was filthy disgusting.

Very spacious had everything we needed. Pool area was very nice especially for kids spacious and also had a pool bar. Free Beach shuttle. Late check in very convenient since we arrived in the early morning hours. Definitely stay again.

I absolutely did not like that this was a time share property and we were roped into sitting through a time share presentation. Also, the property charges a $53 resort fee upon arrival. I must have missed that somewhere, not sure. The resort is getting old, the fridge did not close all the way so we had water every day in the fridge and on the floor, toilet ran constantly. The kids enjoyed the pool and the alligator. Also, there is no pool table as described and/or pictured. Descent stay for a descent price.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The condo was clean, and well appointed with all of the things you could need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels annd extra pillows. Enjoyed having a washer and dryer to clean some of our beach laundry! Location was great! The grounds were beautiful, but sadly, there was a bit of trash around and lots of trash in the lagoon by the pool. Did not seem to be something that was taken care of regularly. The pools were great, and that area was very clean. The beach shuttle was a great amenity.

Online description said the 3bd/2 bath condo would sleep 10, but in my opinion, 10 people in that condo would be very cramped. Or was the perfect space for our party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The room was relatively clean. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the carpet felt weird (tacky/sticky??) on bare feet, but everything else appeared clean. Air conditioner blew very cold! Our stay was very comfortable. We spend most of our time at the pool. My 13,12,11, & 7yo had a great time! I loved that there was a shuttle to take us to the beach so we didn’t have to drive- that was a much appreciated convenience since we planned to stay at the beach for no more than an hour. We would def consider booking her again.
