"We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!"

"We had a few issues with our stay, but the host was very apologetic and was willing to correct the issues. I would definitely stay again because of that alone. The pool table was a hit, and I really liked that there was enough comfortable seating for the whole family, that seems to be a rare find in rental homes. "We stayed there over MSU graduation weekend. Since we only needed to relax and sleep there, this property really fit the bill. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There is a full eat in kitchen that is stocked with essentials. Linens and towels are clean, very soft and comfortable... It is well water, so bring bottled water. My husband liked the shower, but it did release the sulfuric smell... It is a really great value for your money. We were very pleased with our stay."

"Spent Christmas here with family, was a perfect central gathering spot for all relatives from different areas. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, plenty of dishes and glassware. Comfortable furniture and mattresses. Felt very at home. Great yard for 2 small dogs to run around. Quiet neighborhood."

Just a note (which was also noted in the listing so it wasn’t a surprise) but even in early season we found a number of ticks so just be careful and check yourself. We still had a wonderful time and everyone commented on how great the house was."

"This was a good little house that holds a lot of people. The owners were super responsive and respectful. We extended a couple days and they were cool with it since nobody has it booked afterwards. The location was good, we met some neighbors with dogs, everyone and their animals were friendly too. We will definitely book again if we get back up that way."

"I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond. "Our bridal party was coming from different cities and at different times/days. Our house was just as described, clean, cute and plenty of room to spread out to do hair/makeup. The kitchen was full stocked with everything you could need. I was able to make a great breakfast for the girls. Our host was wonderful and communication was great! I would stay there again when in Battle Creek!"

"We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing."
