"I stayed here during a recent work trip to Lansing. What an incredible property. The view when you park is lovely. Wonderful outdoor space if you’re traveling with friends. The inside is impeccably maintained and decorated. There is a lovely walkway by the river for morning or afternoon walks. Location makes it easy to access anywhere in the Lansing area and beyond. "Property exactly as listed. I didn't see it mentioned in previous reviews so I'll mention how comfortable the beds were. So important for a great stay! And it was close to everything we needed MSU, shopping, and parks. The host was very thoughtful. We'd have already booked another stay for our return to the area if those dates weren't already booked!"

"Nicely appointed and newly renovated cottage conveniently close to MSU/Lansing and East Lansing. We were attending my son college graduation and found this little gem. The kitchen was well laid out and had new appliances. The two bedrooms were cozy and even had flat screen televisions. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and don’t want the high price hotel option available during game days and graduation events. We would stay there again"

"We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing."

"Needed some place to stay for 2 months. It's suited my needs and he was very responses even issues came up. Only negative is that there is virtually no kitchen storage space, which is really needed even you have groceries. Also replace the cookware: the nonstick pans are so scratched up they've become cancer pots. I'd just bring your own"

"It was a great place great location parking was a small issue. Didn’t need to be super clean but the bottom of the fridge and bottom of the garbage cans are very very dirty. Also there was no apron and no aluminum foil or saran wrap I’m not sure maybe we should’ve brought our own. Overall great communication when I asked questions easy access accommodating great place would stay there again"

"We had a few issues with our stay, but the host was very apologetic and was willing to correct the issues. I would definitely stay again because of that alone. The pool table was a hit, and I really liked that there was enough comfortable seating for the whole family, that seems to be a rare find in rental homes.
