"The best area is the new adults only whirlpool and panoramic sauna which has been built in thr last 2 years. This is more in line with the facilities at lefay dolomiti. The other main sauna and hammam areas probably need a refurbishment. They seem either too hot so cant stay in them long or not hot enough and there are no benches just individual seats in a circular way which means you are facing other people and cant lay down. "The location was great. What I didn't realize was I could not park at the hotel. You have to park outside the Sirmione castle area and catch a ride to the hotel. That was a process. It added about 30 minutes to my trip. Luckily, everyone spoke English and was very helpful or else we may have missed our check in time."

We were part of a large family group and all of us had the same experience… not enough towels for all of us in the room even though we paid for each of us to stay there. Then, 3 days in a row, we had to request towels, soap & shampoo as none are given during the daily maid service, and they still didn’t bring us any. We finally gave up!
