"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was very nicely organized and homey. The room included little snacks which is lovely. The breakfast is very good and includes options for vegans. It is also well located, close to a metro stop and a short walk to shopping. The best part of the hotel is the welcoming staff. This is a great spot for a short visit or a long visit. "Even though no reception on Sunday, there is always someone available to help. Lea (sorry if misspelled) was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were updated. We got a room with a shared kitchenette, with coffee, tables, fridge, etc. -definitely recommend that option. "

"This is a well-kept and well-run hotel. The rooms are very well designed, clean and modern. The location is VERY close to the train station, you can walk with your luggage and not have to worry about dealing with steps or bridges etc. The breakfast is good (you have to reserve a time which is a little annoying but don't let that take anything away from the hotel) and staff were very helpful! You can store luggage in the hotel lobby as well if outside of a checking/checkout window. Would...

"Hotel was good. Local area not so good. Stayed 1 night to get flight out of Naples airport . Only ventured 1 block from hotel to get something to eat. Plenty of taxis because it’s right at the cruise line terminal. Probably where people stay the night before their cruise takes off. 30 minutes to airport for 30 euros. "

"This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable."
