Everything were nice and clean. Salah was very nice. We highly recommend for this two bedroom apartment. The view of the Twin Towers from the balcony is a plus. Our family of four love the apartment. I didn’t give 5 star because the second room had a very strong spice smell assuming from the previous clients.

The staff was lovely and accomodating. The rooms were spacious. Very large balcony to chill on. Kitchen and dinning in was great too havijng all that you can possibly need for some home cooking. Rooms had AC and FANs, TV and WIFI throughout. Some fantastic views and roof pool was amazing. Thank you, i love it at your apartment.

Our first stay was goodand great view to tein towers. Our second stay was terrible since we our bedroom AC was broken and thry could not fix it. Toilet had bad smell too

Great place with a view of the Petronas Towers from the balcony. The apartment is huge and really nice. Full kitchen with new appliances. It was one of the best places I've stayed in during my 3 months of travel through Southeast Asia. I highly recommend this place!

Appartment was very spacious. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and even 2 kitchens. Excellent view from the balcony on the Petronas towers. Nice infinity pool. Check-in a little confusing as reception in the lobby is not working for the tenant. No towels on the apartment so we needed to wait for that as well. Overall a good choice if you want something near the KLCC and the petronas towers and prefer an Appartment over a hotel. Price wise I think it was still good.

The room at The Manor was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. Nice kitchen - which sadly we didn’t really use - but nice to have option. MOBINUL KARIM was the person who checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. He was even nice enough to provide a corkscrew as we had forgotten ours. Wonderful service - very convent to Prince Court hospital and shops nearby. We have booked our remaining stay at The Manor.

The property is very nice and clean. We booked the Twin Tower view, however, on our 1st night, they took us to the room that was not Twin Tower view. It still has the view and high floor but we paid for the Twin Tower view. They moved us the next day to the room that has the Twin Tower view and it was spectacular esp at night. We enjoyed our stay in Kuala Lumpur. One thing that I may suggest to the property manager is to put extra toiletries in the unit esp if no housekeeping is available on hand. We stayed for 4 days with a small bottle of shampoo and soap. Overall, the unit is spacious and clean. The staff, Mobinul Karim, who checked us in and met us at the propery was very patient and helpful.

5 Stars – Absolutely Perfect Stay at The Manor KL!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Manor KL Apartments — truly one of the best experiences we’ve had anywhere! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning view, beautifully designed apartments, and exceptional service. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home away from home in the heart of KL. A special shoutout goes to Karim, who was the absolute star of our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From arranging secure parking for our motorbike, setting up a washing line, and even providing washing liquid — no detail was too small. He was always available with helpful local tips and recommendations that made exploring the area a breeze. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of quality, location, and genuinely caring service. We left feeling completely looked after and relaxed. Cannot recommend this place highly enough — if you’re heading to Kuala Lumpur, do yourself a favour and stay here!

Stayed at the property arrived late ftom our flight and Mohammed the host was very accomadating. The apartment itself was not the same as the ones listed in the pictures very bare needs some decoration and amenities. The apartment did not have a microwave,clothes airer,dish rack and basics like you usually get on a homestay some washing machine detergent kitchen roll sugar coffee tea bags to genyou through atleast your first night. Credit to Mohammed when we raised these issues they brought the microwave and clothes airer the next day. The tv was very small in the living room and did not work wouldnt even turn on checked all power cables etc. This was disappointing as i wanted to watch a movie with my kids. The views were absolutely phenomenal we had unobscured views of the whole city skyline with the petronas towers directly in fromt of us was the saviour to the apartment. The swimming pool was not what it looks like in the pictures small dirty gritty residue which is due to the corroding mosaic tiles which are so dangerous they feel like glass it actually got stuck in my foot. Best thing going for it is the view
