"We stayed here for one night during Sanja Matsuri festival. It’s location is excellent for exploring Asakusa. The lobby is located on the 5th floor and you can only access it through one of the elevators of the shopping mall (this can be confusing for the check in). "Great service, I had two stays at this hotel during my trip which was 5 days apart. The hotel allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel for the 5 days I was in Osaka. Only downside is if your on a high floor, the elevators can take a long time when others are using it."

"First off, staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal and close to essential tourist subways. Excellent coffee served there. Only two negatives was, checks ins could be anytime of the day or night. Which really left me exhausted the night before leaving japan and on other days. . And a problem I noted in a previous hostel, pillows can't be washed so previous sweat stains evident from previous guests, when you sweat, the smell is released. So sorry as the place was great. "

Loved the sento on the roof to ease the aching muscles. The front desk staff did not speak english at all. Over all it was good value for money"
