One recommendation would be to add an umbrella. Otherwise, very well stocked! My only negative feedback would be regarding cleanliness. The baseboards had quite a bit of dirt in the crevices and the ceiling fan was extremely dusty. My husband got up on a chair and cleaned it off because the dust was coming over the blades and it could...

"This nice apartment is right across the street from Kam 2 and 3 beaches. The owner took special touches like labels by each light switch and on each drawer which are much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen too. And great beach gear! The complex is older and smaller than its neighbors but it means the rather decent pool is not as crowded. Overall highly recommended!"

"The location never disappoints. I was disappointed in the communication from the property manager. They did not get me my code or parking space. When I reached out there was no way to contact except a VM and an email. I did both and never received a response even after I had security help me at 9pm. They did get a response from the property manager and I was in my room by 10pm. The condo itself was great. There was almost everything I could need. Maybe a Keurig instead of a coffee pot LOL"

"The attention to detail by these owners/hosts is unsurpassed. This condo is newly and beautifully renovated, with high end finishes and design details. But most importantly, it’s so well appointed - they’ve thought of everything. From the welcoming chocolates upon arrival, to the beach equipment, insanely luxurious linens (the pillows were better than my own), fully equipped kitchen, and tremendous view and location, this place earns five stars with ease. "We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them....

"Great location, able to walk to the beach. Clean, peaceful, comfortable place to wind down after long day exploring. Would definitely stay there again if i return to Maui. "
