Fully remodeled in February 2020, this bright, beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom oceanfront property in Hale Kai O Kihei unit 213 welcomes you! This second floor condo is luxurious and comfortable and includes a brand new, top of the line split air conditioning unit. The location and proximity to the beach cannot be beat! Enjoy views of the ocean, whale watch, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset right from the private, second-story lanai. Lanai is equipped with custom, electric, sunshade and newly installed glass sliding doors. Just a mere 60 feet outside the unit you will find yourself on a beautiful, serene beach.

Our beach is very secluded and private. There are no public facilities here (bathrooms, showers, parking lots, etc.) which keeps the crowds located at other beaches. The water is shallow for a very long time until you reach the reef. You can wade with turtles or bask in the sunshine! Beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs provided.

After a day at the beach you will enjoy the custom designed bedroom complete with a king bed. Leave the barn door open to hear the ocean or close it for privacy. The fully stocked kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar. Not a detail has been overlooked! The living area includes a memory-foam, comfortable pull-out sofa facing your 50” Smart TV.

A block away are many walkable convenient amenities including numerous restaurants, as well as retail shopping, and a full service grocery store.

This stay truly couldn’t have been any better! The location, the views, the cleanliness and hospitality provided by Joe. All top notch! I stayed the prior 4 nights at a high end resort in Wailea and this was infinitely better. If I decide to visit Maui again, it will solely be dependent on the availability of this rental. Absolutely fantastic property. The views are second to none and as long as you can deal with seeing whales and turtles everyday you should have no problem. The suite has everything you need including an air fryer, instantpot, beach gear, lots of towels and even binoculars if you forgot yours. For those with late flights there is a Safeway nearby that is open 24/7. Stop on the way from the airport. Everything was clean and our trip was perfect.

My daughters and I enjoyed every moment at this property. There is no better patio view in Kihei and the sunsets are phenomenal. The beds including the pullout were really comfortable. Was so great to have chairs and umbrella and boogie boards to use at the beach! I highly recommend a stay here and hope to get back again.

CLEAN condo with a comfortable king sized bed and a pullout bed. We loved having a grassy area between us and the beach but still be steps from the sands. Gorgeous sunsets, turtles on the beach, close to restaurants. It really was a perfect location. We had a question while staying there and the owner responded immediately.
