"Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!"

"Great location. Great view. Nice condo. The only complaint was the pull out sofa. It kept sinking in the middle. It was not comfortable at all. We even brought a camping mattress, but had to put towels and blankets under it to make it flat. Otherwise great stay. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable."

"As described and as shown in the pictures. Location and amenities made it a good value for us. The place is a nice size and well outfitted. It was very clean. You're right by the lower pool and the beach is a short walk across the street. You are also just far enough east that you avoid the pedestrian traffic in the main part of Kihei. "Cute place that is close to everything. Walked to the shops at Wailea as well as the beach path. Unit was clean and has great wifi. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Fiona is awesome - responds to any inquiries very promptly. I wanted to stay a few more days and her help made it very easy. Highly recommend."

"Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars."

"Overall very good. Only hangup was getting to the property on the day we arrived. The road it's located on was partially closed due to recent rains and flooding. We weren't notified this was a possibility so it was challenging getting to the property the first night. "

"this was great location to restaurants. was very clean. could hear and see the ocean from the lanai- saw lots of whales. However, there was an issue on arrival-noticed a sign posting extermination services that were going to be done during our stay. called property and they were not even aware this was happening. my husband and I had to leave the property for the treatment and were not compensated for the lost time there."

"We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them....
