"Pros: Excelente ubicacion, 2 cuadras de Waikiki, la vista espectacular Diamond Head, cuarto con todas sus comodidades, excelente precio. Contras: Cero comunicacion para cualquier necesidad, un solo mini shampu y acondicionador para 6 dias 4 personas, la TV nunca se pudo accesar y no tuvimos comunicacion para saber como funcionaba. A lo mejor era una tonteria pero sin ayuda como huesped. Deberia tener atencion al huesped en todo momento."

"Liked- parking was included, kitchenette, murphy bed, walking distance to beach and shopping, balcony Only 18 minutes to Walmart. Did not like- construction, water shut off during stay, pool and jacuzzi were drained for a week (maintenance), dry sauna was under renovation. Also when I asked front desk about extra towels,they told me to call my host. They did bring clean towels the next day though. "

"The room is right next to the elevator shaft, so if you’re a light sleeper this will keep you up all night. The room has no extra toiletries and because it’s a privately owned condo inside of the main hotel the hotel housekeeping will not service the room in anyway, which also means there is no daily cleaning. The property manager messaged frequently enough but never communicated that there wayany additional resort costs. The booking says that resort costs are not included but at no point were...

"Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort "

"Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. Location is great - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool and surrounding deck was clean and very nice. Great host- I hope to stay again during my next visit to Honolulu. Mahalo Mike."

"This room was nice, and located near the beach, zoo, park, and aquarium. I had a blast and was away from the room most of the time. I slept great and the sun deck is great during sunrise. Thank You!"

"This unit was spotless, tastefully decorated, uncluttered and extremely well stocked. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the view was incredible. They really thought of everything in putting this rental together. The property is older but extremely well maintained and in a great location. Walking to local restaurants and shops is easy and there is a grocery store right across the street. There are numerous beaches within walking and driving distance in either direction. I love this...

"The owner was very responsive and kind Best view being ocean front very comfortable lani to enjoy eating and reading along with whales watching We cook a lot when we travel I was able to do most of my meals with ease. Unit is noisy in bedroom from the street noise and garbage trucks but we have stayed in 3 other units and they too had the noise. Nice TVs location is great very comfortable unit"

"The location was brilliant just around the corner from Star Beachboys surfboard hire and 2 short blocks from the main beach (Canoes- where the Duke Kahanamoku statue is). We had some problems accessing our key from the lockbox- you need to pull out or up on the grey tab- and getting in the apt door- turn the key right and then fully left. But there was a 24 hour security desk to get help. The building and elevator were a bit tired (the apt is 12 stories up on the top floor). The bed was a queen...

"Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!"

"Very nice older unit. Well appointed, clean, centrally located. Jane, our host, was extremely responsive. Beautiful ocean view. Pretty grounds and a very nice pool. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again, no question."

"We loved waking up every morning and watching the sunrise from the lanai, watching the birds over in the zoo park and seeing the ocean. Being on the 3rd floor made it super easy to come and go frequently by using the stairs (we averaged 15 flights/day) and it only took approximately 2 minutes to get to our favorite spot on the beach. Check in was super easy and all the staff were very friendly. Communication with the host was quick and detailed. The only surprise was that there was a night club...

"My two teen kids and I LOVED this place. It is beautiful and has a ton of character, we were so sad we o Lu got to stay for one night and really hope we can return someday. Hosts are exceptionally kind and interesting people, don’t miss a chance to chat with them a bit. I stayed at six places on my trip and this was definitely my favorite. Location is great too for walking into Kona town or getting to most other places n the island."

"Would stay here again! This was one of my favorite rooms to stay in while visiting home. Pulling up to the hotel is a bit tricky, and parking your car can be a bit of additional planning, but the room itself was comfy and lovely."
