New second home!

Perfect condo for a week in Maui. Excellent location, quick walk to the pool/beach but up a bit so it was super quiet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check-in/check-out process also! Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. The only thing that could be improved is providing a beach umbrella. They do provide chairs, but the sun is strong there.

Fantastic location on southwest coast of Maui. Beautiful beach with snorkelling on reefs off the beach. Lots of fish, turtles (saw nine in a day) and ok coral. Staff are super friendly. Pools and grounds excellent. Our apartment was a bit dated - needs a spruce up with a bit of paint etc - but apparently they are privately owned so guessing condition varies from unit to unit.

Our unit was close to a busy road so when the doors/windows were open on that side of unit, you can hear it. It was not disruptive for us but may be a problem for others. Otherwise, it's a great place.

We loved the unit and property, but we were up by the road and up close to the property next door, which was loud with construction and equipment noise first thing every morning. Did not get a good night's sleep the entire week.

Location was great, however, the unit is in need of a major clean/update. Stained carpet throughout, ants made cooking near impossible, ants in the dishwasher, fridge is rusting on the exterior, interior paint is needed as hand marks all over the high touch areas and overall cleanliness of unit was subpar because of this. I expect some bugs in Maui but this was over the top. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this unit.

Elua village is my favourite complex in Wailea. The grounds are stunning and beautifully maintained and the property is located on Ulua beach along the stunning Wailea beach walk. Many of the nicest hotels are in its immediate vicinity for dinners or happy hour cocktails to watch the sunset over the ocean. The pool area is in very good shape and always has an abundance of lounge chairs. The units themselves are very spacious with huge lanais and personal use BBQ’s. We have stayed at many of the properties nearby snd this one has the most to offer. It is pricey but worth it.
