"This is an excellent hotel. Convenient for train station (Torino Porta Nuova) and an easy walk to all central sights. Lots of helpful staff. Classic Double room was spacious, very clean and had stylish decor. Smart bathroom with great shower, fluffy bathrobes. Complimentary soft drinks. Amazing breakfast with more choice on the buffet than I’ve ever seen, in a stunning dining room, a real treat!"

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. The staff arranged for us to take a boat out on the lake, answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond. We're going back next year and staying in the same hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11!"

"What a fabulous hotel! A quiet and relaxing oasis on a beautiful lake. And the staff, particularly Julia at the front desk are extremely welcoming and helpful!!!! Loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and looking at lake or from sky view lounge on roof!!"
