Not much to look at from the outside of the buildings but our room was great and very comfortable, there was a love place to have breakfast down the road very close...It seemed to be a safe area, and there where nice restaurants for dinner...So the hotel was very convenient...It was the staff that made our stay excellent

We were last minute guests and the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The location was fantastic. The bathrooms offered spacious areas and lovely showers 😁. My only thing preventing a 5 star was that the bed was so hard our bones hurt in the morning.

I loved the proximity to so many tourist locations and the staff all wonderful. Waited til I arrived to help me with check in & helped me get a transfer to & from airport. The biggest complaint I have is that it’s advertised as having a breakfast buffet even with pictures (multiple pictures for that matter) of a dining room, food and coffee machines, fruit, etc… And they have nothing, that was the main reason I reserved this place. False advertisement!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the suitdreams ,it was walking distance from the termini train station. Waking distance to all other attractions in the city, the area was quit and safe The room was spacious,lots of closet space The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our choice to book this property! The location is good and safe, located on an upscale block walking distance to the Termini station. The hotel room was very large, new, and especially very clean, refreshed daily. Loved the rain shower and the closet space, a huge plus in Rome! The staff were wonderful and kind. The only setback is a lack of onsite amenities, and the reception desk is only open until 8 pm. But everyone was extremely kind, professional and accommodating. Will definitely recommend and stay again when in Rome! 😊

Omg i cant say thanks to all girls in front desk. They were super nice and helpful the last day of my stay son got sick and we had to postpone our flight. Whoever worked there from front desk to cleaning crew all were super caring and coming into our door asking if we need anything. I had the best stay if you are looking for safe places this is the place you need to stay they treated us like their family. Thank you all for your support and didn’t let us feel be alone there.
