We stayed for two nights and experienced several issues. There was no hot water in our room, and after 6 PM, no reception staff were available to help. The toilet also leaked, though it was repaired during the day. The next day, staff gave us access to another room for showers. The loud air conditioning made sleeping difficult. The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the maintenance problems and lack of evening staff made our stay less comfortable than expected.

Fantastic location. Lots of eateries near the hotel and train station is within walking distance. We walk to most part of the tourist attraction - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, we only having to train to Vatican City. Room is very quiet and we had a good rest every night. Coffee machine w capsules provided. Highly recommended to travellers looking for comfort and convenience.

Choose this location because I believed we would have two twin beds, when we arrived, our room had two queens and we were told that twins had limited availability and not a available to us. Otherwise, it was clean and the bathroom was modern, with just enough space for us to move around each other

Clean and spacious room with nice decor. Cleaned well each day. Excellent location right in the centre of this amazing city- it was easy to walk to all of the main sites- Colosseum, Forum Vatican and 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
