"Only stayed a night here but the staff and facilities were great - the hotel is still new (one year old) so the overall feel is clean, modern and very well kept.
Location is fab, there is parking around the corner and everything is walkable."

"Great vibe, extremely friendly staff, beautiful Tulum-like design, high quality food, decent guests, overall absolutely fantastic. Rooms are spacious yet pretty minimalist (with a boho touch) definitely not luxurious but decent for an Ibiza trip. Outdoor furniture was very tiny and uncomfortable. The gym could use an upgrade.
Besides everything was perfect, clean and loved the pool party. Valet service is very attentive which is helpful as the hotel is a bit out of the way (which is a positive) and taxis are sometimes hard to get in Ibiza. Will definitely return "
"Overall, the hotel was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The staff was generally great, and I appreciated that my requests were met. Breakfast was decent, though nothing special. The pool areas had a really nice vibe, and the deep tissue massage I got was one of the best I’ve ever had. The location was also pretty convenient for getting around.
The downsides: I received dirty towels twice during my stay, which was disappointing. More importantly, my friends and I did experience subtle racism while there. I can deal with stares from other guests, but getting that kind of energy from staff was uncomfortable. Since we were a big group, the negative attitudes we felt from some employees really stood out and took away from the experience.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training so all guests feel welcomed, especially people of color.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement."
"Amazing hotel! Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday trip location. Great area, beautiful facilities, food is awesome, they even have a candy bar! Staff is so kind, even brought us a bottle of champagne for free for my birthday. Thank you NYX Ibiza, we will definitely be back! "
