"The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids.
The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay.
We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."

Clean, well maintained , perfect position with delightful, helpful, warm, friendly and welcoming staff . Check in was smooth and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was probably the best I have had . All in all a beautiful stay . Thank you! "
"Cherry suite was great and "free" entrance to Pacha as well. Breakfast however is far below expectations for €45 per day per person price/quality wise. Besides that, on top of every order a 10% tip is automatically charged. We were charged an extra €450 at check out for 6 cocktails and 1 breakfast (2 people)."

"The Grupotel was easily the best choice of hotel for us as a couple: quiet, but close to town, chilled but had things to do and didn’t feel very very busy.
The pool and surrounds is very nice and comfortable with sun loungers all around. Only one day(of 7) was there an issue with people “reserving” beds with towels but not appearing for the entire day.
The walk to town which is mentioned in lots of reviews is actually a short step into town. "

Shame the entertainment is not outside at night restraunts and bars within walking distance how ever if you want to go to San Antonio in the evening the taxis are not reliable at night they don’t turn up especially on a Friday "

Only snall issue was the fact the lovely double beds advertised on the website at an additional spend and all reserved.
But we made the most of the gorgeous beach which was just down some steps from the hotel.

"Swim up was great. My room was ( i'd say the best) no.1015. Cant knock this hotel.quiet location, great staff & the friendly welclme from alees & robert was amazing. Housekeeper was fantastic,very polite and great at what she does. Small variety of food but very good quality. Very clean, impressed with quietness location, be warned they have the street drainage truck visits wednedsy aftermoon, can be very unpleasnat smell but dont let natural operations effect your stay. Stay away for half hr to avoid this drainage smell. The hotel is 10/10 x great for price. Thanks for everything. "
