"We had some issues with check in but the problem was on our side as booked double room for 1 person only ( my mistake ). Receptionist was helpful however hotel management didn’t care about that and had to pay £300 extra for 2nd person ( 3 nights stay cost us in total £1000 in 3* hotel ). Quite a lot but even with that at the end we were happy with our stay at this hotel. Other thing was that the room we had for 1st night was on ground floor next to the pool - disaster! We couldn’t have it changed as hotel was fully booked that night. Likely we were accommodated next day into 2nd floor room which was much much better ( but not ideal as the side wall with hotem name on it was blocking half of the view ). All in all hotel is in fantastic location but sister hotel next to this one offers nicer view from the pool and nicer bar&pool area"
