Bed and Breakfast in Huyton

"Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !"

"Anfield is right around the corner. It was the perfect location for walking around the area, exploring Stanley Park, and it was still easy to catch a bus to center city. I had some travel mishaps, and Suzzanne was great to work with. Suzi was likewise great. The atmosphere on matchday was amazing. As a solo traveler my room was small, but it was all I needed. Highly recommended for anyone going to an LFC match."

"A pleasant boutique style hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite but unfortunately it was clear they had not been properly trained in table service and wine pouring. Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

"Property was clean and room was comfortable. The food was lovely but let down by a cold reception on arrival. The only person who smiled or showed any ‘ friendliness’ was a young girl serving behind the bar. Such a shame."

"The new owners have only been there since March 2024 so any previous reviews are for others and not relevant. Customer service was second to none and couldn't have been better. Very accommodating to dietary requirements. Lovely breakfast and evening meal. Lovely atmosphere. Decor is a little tired in places but easily remedied. Shower pressure in my room was very low but others in our group were happy with theirs."

"Lovely quiet B&B, very friendly and welcoming host. Nice selection for breakfast including fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and cooked to order from the menu. I stayed for a fortnight due to being on a training course. Would stay again."

"I had a very good time. There is a lot going on at the farm and plenty to see. I enjoyed walks from the doorstep. I particularly liked my king sized bed and the characterful room. Everyone is super-friendly and breakfast was very generously sized! "

"The place itself is nice. Internally…… its right above a very noise pub doing karaoke till gone 11. The flat is not sound proof at all. We booked this last minute on a Friday for the Saturday night. At 2pm on the Saturday afternoon i picked up an email saying we need a £150 deposit now and 2 photo forms of ID. 1 for each adult. This is noted in the advert but for them to take that long is unacceptable. If my wife didnt have her ID in her emails from our house purchase we wouldn’t have been...
