"My only complaint about this hotel is the room we checked into was very ran down. Floors were scratched up walls were dirty and the sink was stopped up. They knew the sink was stopped up because a plumber showed up while we were there he was unable to fix the sink so we were moved to the exact same make and model room and it was an excellent condition. So why did you give us the ran down room from the start. Other than that customer service amenities the staff the people the comfort was the best...

"Hot water is problematic in the morning, as we stayed on an upper floor. On the other hand, we would stay there again because it's in a great neighborhood close to friends. Parking is easy with the valet and you can hop on the highway easily. Coincidentally, there's a good breakfast place in the building that's been in a zillion movies.
