"My only complaint about this hotel is the room we checked into was very ran down. Floors were scratched up walls were dirty and the sink was stopped up. They knew the sink was stopped up because a plumber showed up while we were there he was unable to fix the sink so we were moved to the exact same make and model room and it was an excellent condition. So why did you give us the ran down room from the start. Other than that customer service amenities the staff the people the comfort was the best...

"My group found the Lexen to be a great place to stay if you are going to the Hollywood Bowl. It is so much easier to walk there as opposed to dealing with parking or an Uber. It's a 15 minute walk, slightly uphill for those who have issues, but for most anybody it would be easy.
