"This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. "Clean, easy, walkable. Everything we could have asked for a great long weekend. Perfect stay for a couple. Just one tip: make sure you get your parking gate code in your email shortly before you stay. I was very confused when I pulled up to the gated community with no way of entering. It just turns out the code wasn’t sent as intended for some reason. Fortunately, people on the property were helpful and Lori was very responsive. We may make HHI a yearly trip and would EASILY stay here...

The elevator was much appreciated as we were an elderly group and going up and down these 3 flights of stairs with luggage would have been physically demanding. The beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets, etc. Loved the laundry room. The kitchen is very well stocked. The sitting areas were very comfortable and perfect for a large group. "We were a group of 5 men in Hilton Head for a golf weekend. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. We all slept comfortably with plenty of beds, bathrooms and open seating areas. Back deck and pool were excellent. Grill worked well and kitchen had all of the necessary supplies. Stephanie was great with communication. Location was convenient for golf, beach, groceries and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"This a great home to explore the area Close to downtown Bluffton I would recommend an upgrade in bath towels which are worn and thin, other than that the house was well stocked. Extra bedroom does have a plastic mattress protector, which made sleeping hot and noisey. The dogs next door are barkers so backyard use is limited."

"We loved our stay at 7 Dove Street. It's a really comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. It's very well maintained, furnished and equipped. The screened-in porch at the back is the perfect place to eat and relax in. The furnishings are very new and the kitchen has everything we needed and more. Having beach towels provided for our use was a nice extra and the management company put us in touch with a place to rent beach chairs etc from. "Convenient location ideal for family fun. The house was larger than we needed for our family of three but gave everyone plenty of space. Bedrooms each had a private bath and a sense of separation. The living and dining areas offered all the necessary amenities. The private fenced yard offered the option to relax in the pool. The ninth row location provided quick access to the ocean. "The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"
