"After about a week of researching I decided on this little gem. Upon my arrival I was very happy I took the time to find this. The cottage felt like it was in the middle of the woods, very relaxing sitting on the porch. There were trees all around the house, a nice little waterfall in the back and a nice view of the pond in the front. A shopping mall was a few miles away and has everything you need. Great restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again."

"My adult daughter and I stayed here to attend a local Renaissance Festival. This cottage is so peaceful. We could have happily stayed there and never go e out anywhere. Just monites from Franklin and Nolansville, there's lots to see and do. Check in and all other activities were simple, the hosts were considerate and gracious. It was a joy to stay there."

"Had a wonderful time. House was in a great location for all things in Nashville. Cute little neighborhood! Beautiful kitchen but can’t speak too much about the contents as we pretty much just made coffee and were out the door each morning. Air conditioning worked great! All three bedrooms were comfortable. Overall a really wonderful place and would recommend it. "This is a great house in a great location for inter-generational guests. We had two sets of elderly grandparents who needed private bathrooms and limited stairs. There are three wonderful large bedrooms on the main floor, 2 with their own bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is connected so you can cook and still be part of the action. The third floor was great for our teenage/adult children. "The view from the porch is amazing and puts you in "vacation mindset" right away! The house is beautful and has comfy furniture and even soft comfy blankets. Everything was exceptionallly clean. Instructions were clear and communication with owner was super easy.. The beds were a so comfy also. We enjoyed the hot tub after a few long hike days. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. We primarily wanted a place that was quiet and secluded so we didn't have to go anywhere if we didn't want to. This place fit the bill. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to make the meals we wanted. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the porch swing was a real hit. Will book again if/when we come back to the area."
