Ladies Celebration Weekend

Location of the house it perfect! We could walk to little stores, restaurants and my favorite doughnut shop: Five Daughters. Angie was amazing with check in and communication. House is old and has some quirks.

Quaint little place

Mostly just slept & showered there Clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood; an overall good experience. About a 20 minute drive into downtown Nashville. The upstairs bedroom and bath is like your own private suite.

Close to everything!

This is a great location for shopping and dining. There are some amazing places to eat nearby. It is in a nice, safe area and the people we met were very friendly.

Great time in Nashville

We traveled up for my daughter’s graduation from Belmont University. The house suited us well. Clean and stocked. The location was great to travel back a forth for parties and festivities. The local restaurants and coffee shops were fabulous. Will rebook in a heartbeat when needed.

Great location. Needs some updates

Location and the neighborhood is great. Close to downtown and airport. Quiet neighborhood. The two beds downstairs were slightly uncomfortable. Upstairs bedroom was fine but the temp was warm. Only one towel person. Beautiful kitchen.

Cute and clean.

Enjoyed staying at this quaint, cute and clean cottage. It was close to our conference at Gaylord Opry Land Hotel and dining was near by as well. Hosts were very accommodating and easy to reach. I recommend to any group 5 or less.

Great home base for Nashville tourists

The property is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and kitchen is a great gathering space. The pictures online showed one bedroom with two beds. Each of the bedrooms only had one bed. This did cause an issue that we worked out. The yard could use some maintenance but being mid March, our activities were indoors and site-seeing in town. Managers were informative and polite. Overall a great stay!

Small Home in East Nash

Quaint little property in in East Nash. Good location, close to restaurants and other East Nash activities. Only suggestion would be to add some more dressers in bedrooms in order to unpack and store clothes for an extended stay.....and maybe an Apple TV in order to access personal streaming services easier. Other then that, would definitely stay there again.

NICE HOUSE

House was perfect for quick stay in Nashville. In a nice, cute neighborhood. House was clean, and very comfortable. I got up and made breakfast for my family and had all the pans and utensils to make it. Angie was very nice and communicated promptly when I had a question. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Nashville thank you Jon Davis

Family of 5 adults - great time

First time in Nashville and in East Nashville. Enjoyed our stay very much. Location was good. Can walk to a few places and short Uber ride to downtown. House needs an overhaul with lots of lights out, broken doors and plumbing (i.e., upstairs shower and kitchen sink leaky); stained upolstery; dusty. Kitchen was great though with excellent gas stove. Needed that for Xmas. Beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood seemed safe.

Overall everything was great! Location was good, maybe 15 min ride to Broadway. Suggestion to change the mattress in the downstairs room. But other than that everything was perfect for our little getaway! Angie was very responsive as well!! Thank you

Cottage stay in Nashville

The cottage inside was everything my friends expected. We especially loved the kitchen where we spent most of our time together. Bedrooms were clean and very comfortable.The location was convenient once you figured out where everything was. Going to Nashville itself didn’t take long. There were plenty of supplies. I made a mistake in assuming my access instructions from the owner would be on email but it came through as a text. I am a first timer using VRBO.

Nashville Weekend

Had a wonderful time. House was in a great location for all things in Nashville. Cute little neighborhood! Beautiful kitchen but can’t speak too much about the contents as we pretty much just made coffee and were out the door each morning. Air conditioning worked great! All three bedrooms were comfortable. Overall a really wonderful place and would recommend it. Only two complaints which were one of downstairs beds was extremely noisy and we had no WiFi for the entire weekend. The hosts were quick to respond to internet issues but were unable to fix and they did honor my request for a credit when I asked. Hope they fix the bed for the next guest.

It was a cute place

Overall a good place to stay. Convenient to locations. A couple of things to note: there is a train close by. Horns go off at 12:30am and 4:30am. Also, house was a little dusty on walls and ceiling fans. Needs a deep clean. Some broken tiles in bathroom. An old house, but it was fine. Also heard scurrying in the walls in upstairs bedroom. We did see squirrels entering from the outside to the upstairs area part of the house. The shower had some toiletries meant for convenience, but looked as if others had just left there old things there as well as a used bar of soap on the shower caddy. It was fine as we aren’t too picky and brought our own things. Just some things to consider. We made do.

This house was amazing. Owner was a pleasure to work with even allowed us to check in a couple hours earlier. Quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would stay here again.
