"A hidden Gem! Super friendly staff, room was spotless and very spacious, initially we thought we may be disturbed by the busy pub but were pleasntly surprised how quiet it was, definitely adding this one to my favourites!"

"No where to check in or out . No one on the premises. Did find someone who didnt speak english. Had to wait for the owner to arrive. . Rooms dirty. decor nice but not done to nice standard. No one on site over night and no contact number given ICE. No one on site in the morning to check out and nowhere to leave key. just left in room . sash Windows in room do not stay open had to use a cup to hold it up. no fan or aircon. TV had splashes all over screen. Bathroom dirty. Glasses had dirty rim...

"All was good with our stay however we only had one towel and one cup/ hospitality items- we raised this as we left and were told they didn’t know 2 people were staying although said : on Booking Also we were surprised to be charged £10 for onsite parking just for one night it seemed excessive "

"When I visit my home town from New York, I look forward to staying at Springfields. I always feel well taken care of and welcome. The full English breakfast can't be beaten."

"Lovely room and amazing shower. A few things that would improve overall visit- the green emergency light above the bedroom door casts light into the room all night and really impacts sleep for people who need a dark room? It was rather like having a nightlight you could not switch off. Would also be nice to have more than one towel and a mirror in the bedroom to dry hair. Comfortable bed but I didn’t sleep well due to the light issue unfortunately "

"We stayed here for two nights while attending a service at the church. The owners are charming and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was adequate for the two nights, we found it difficult to maintain the heat balance in the room and it was fairly chilly in the pub , the good food and atmosphere made up for this. "

"Hotel was very clean and all the amenities were new and functional. The fact that the pub was closed during our stay was a minor disappointment as we had no car to travel to Cranleigh (no restaurants in Ewhurst) but I understand the pub will be open soon. We were helped getting our luggage upstairs to our room. We had a wonderful stay and the rooms couldn't be any nicer. I would highly recommend the Bulls Head to anyone!"

"Excellent host, very welcoming and huge breakfast. Big and hot bath. A bit of a step from the South Downs Way, but took a bus back which was half hourly at that time of the morning and that was very quick. "

"House was clean and tidy, ample room for a couple in room #2. Bed was soft and comfortable for one night. Host was very friendly and welcoming, we unfortunately didn’t get chance to try the homemade breakfast as we had to check out early. Cons: host was not there to greet us upon arrival and so the neighbour/tenant had to check us in. Location can be hard to find. Look for the flag at the end of the road - gravel driveway."

"Lovely little relaxing weekend. Liz is a wonderful and confident host with brilliant local knowledge, excellent breakfast skills and a sense of positivity about everything. Made our stay so much more enjoyable. The local pub is good, and The Partridge Inn (next town) is a skip across a lovely field. There are beautiful walks in every direction too. A local bus connection to Chichester allowed us to explore the local craft beer bars and get some fancy grub. It’s walking distance to the...
