Regrettably, the contractors couldn't complete the refurbishment of the second elevator within the quoted timeframe. To ensure both elevators remained functional during the busiest period, we delayed work on the second one until after the holiday rush. Consequently, they operated independently—one for going up and the other for coming down. As the holiday season nears its end, we'll soon complete the remaining work on the second elevator.
