"Our family of 12 liked the layout of this home and the decor was lovely. The beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub as well. The home has some damage to the doors and walls, wear and tear and perhaps some of it due to remodeling upgrades. The home is lovely and met our needs for an enjoyable stay."

"Had an amazing stay here. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed! Super clean, well equipped and very spacious. Host was very attentive and responsive to queries. The only thing I’d say (which isn’t even a negative) but didn’t impact negatively on our stay would be having it more secure to allow dogs to go out slide door within living room area to the back without worrying they’d wander off. Will definitely return. We had an amazing Christmas here and made wonderful memories."

"The approach to the property alone sets the scene for an experience. The property is lovely with so much room and many amenities. The view across the loch was breathtaking. Lucky enough to see deer and seals from the bedroom windows. The house stayed warm through the storms which even for the area were pretty extreme according to the locals. Absolutely nothing requires complaint it was a brilliant property. Definitely great for hide and seek lol"

There were nice touches like extra umbrellas, tea/coffee, books and a couple of board games. There were seven of us in our group, and there was more than enough room for us. "7 of us stayed here for the last week of summer and we had an amazing time. The house was the perfect location, with comfortable beds and stunning views from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed- recommend bringing a food shop with you as the closest supermarket is a while away but the local co-op was perfect for bits and bobs we’d forgotten. The Grey Mares Tail waterfall right on the doorstep was a lovely afternoon out and the local pubs were friendly...

"Our stay at Dallachulish Lodge exceeded all expectations. Dorothy and Ross were friendly, responsive and eager to help. I can't come up with the words to describe how beautiful the setting along the lake was. We spent a week here using the house as a base to explore the Highlands. The location was great for accessing a lot of different areas, and was a very quiet refuge to return to in the evening. "A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy and I left a body shaped dent in mine when I got up (and I'm not a large person) - they need replacing. The double bed is also rather short - I am 5' 9" and my feet kept touching the base board - someone...
