"My daughter and I stay here for our annual Mother daughter trip. It was our first time to Fredricksburg and the owners were so kind and gave some wonderful recommendations. We loved the charm of this house and the location was wonderful. Just a few blocks from downtown. We took the bikes for a ride one night and found a great restaurant just a couple blocks over and then cruised around downtown to do some window shopping. We loved our stay and will be back again someday."

They are amazing hosts and excellent communicators about everything related to the stay and the area. We had lots of questions which they very promptly answered. We would highly recommend Eric and Jenny's guest house to anyone wanting to spend some time exploring Texas hill country and enjoy some peace and quiet! "

"The place was great, but a little bit noisy from traffic on the highway nearby. The host was responsive to our requests. The only big issue was the very skinny spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. Fine for those under age 30, but maybe not so easy for us. We're all old and over 65. We're all in very good shape, so it didn't make much difference, but it might for some."

"I really wanted to sit outside and have a fire in stone fireplace but it was by host side of the house. Didn’t like being attached to her actual home. Everything else was great if I stayed there again it would be one of the other houses, on the property. Have to drive to town or uber"
