This is, by far, the best hotel in Frankfurt based on what I've seen. I stayed at the Linder Main Plaza, Grand Hotel Hesischer Hof, Radisson Blu and Mercure Messe. Out of all of them, this one truly feels like a five star hotel. It has an executive feel and great facilities and is in a great location.
The rooms are slightly small but average for Frankfurt or city standards. There is a large mini-fridge and amazing coffee-making facilities, i.e. good selection of teas. The bathrooms are very nice with a separate shower and the beds are incredibly comfortable. All rooms have a great view and there is a tram stop right outside and the Skyline shopping centre (which has a supermarket) is only 5 minutes walk away.
The breakfast on the executive club floor was a bit sparse and very cramped but the main breakfast was amazing including egg white omelettes which I have never seen before and oats cooked in water! The service there was incredible too. They even give you coffee to go!
One of the most appealing things to me about the hotel was the gym. All the other hotel gyms were ridiculously tiny but this one even has a squat rack and huge dumbbell rack. Gyms in Frankfurt are extremely pricey so I really appreciated this amazing gym!
I guess the only drawback is the cost! I went on a business trip so it was obviously worth it for me but the prices are extortionate. Also rooms generally don't include wi-fi or breakfast so costs do add up. Try and book in advance and hunt around.
