The staff was very nice and offered recommendations when checking in. The room was very clean, they also provided a hair dryer. Breakfast started at 6:30am, I thought the food was great. The location is very close to the train station by taxi, maybe a 20-25 minutes if walking. When leaving you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. I would definitely stay here again.

They never gave me the welcome bottle of wine, that's the least of it, but they tell me that I have VIP benefits and then you don't see anything, they even charged me for the little I consumed in the minibar, otherwise everything was fine, I just paid for the stay from what I saw.

We (2adults & 2 children) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights & on the first night we found ants crawling on my daughters bed. We reported this to the reception & they send ant & wasp killer spray to our room at 10:15pm which we refused to use as it wasn’t safe while we had to stay the night in the same room. Next morning I asked for a different room which we were given however throughout our stay we found flies & mosquitoes in the room & breakfast bar. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. At the same time it’s too noisy like traffics & loud music playing from outside. Hotel staff thinks we are telling lies but someone wants to try it… good luck to them.

I am not sure what it is about Italian customer service, but I would have expected more from a 4* hotel. I included requirements in my booking confirmation only to find they had not been actioned on arrival. The lack of interest from the staff was disappointing, from reception to bar.

Average family room - double and the 2 single beds were a pullout couch. A bit far from the main attractions (25 min walk) although there was a nearby train but it adds up in money if you take it twice a day for 4 people. In terms of value for dining not that great. One of us needed to stay back for dinner so ordered room service steak dinner that noted right in the menu that the steak came with “chef created sides” which was quite funny as it was just potato wedges… all in all fine but not that great value for what you pay.

Worst breakfast ever. Hotel is a tour group hotel. Not in very convenient location, it’s ~20 min walk away from central train station. Overpriced for what you get.

Great location right of the T1 tram line (Leopard exit) The rooms were very nice and clean. We didn't take the breakfast option. Very safe feeling area. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

A nice property in a safe and convenient location, close to public transportation, a few good restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast is really good, and staff is friendly and ready to provide information and tips for around the city.

It was a good location to get away from the bustle of the city, but that also requires a 25 minute walk or cab ride to the city center. The trade off is a better rate than the city center hotels. The outside isn’t much to look at, but the rooms are very nice!

I book hotel for my trips because I have to my cardio everyday because of my health reasons. Third machines was broken and it seemed to be that for a long time . Very unfriendly staff in-terms accommodating clients

The hotel was nice and clean. However, the food was not great. It was also really weird that you would be charged per person when ordering room service. Also, the snacks were really inordinately expensive.

This hotel was expensive for what it offers. It hasn’t been renovated for a long time and is in need of it. Feels like a “business transit” hotel. Air conditioning unit is so loud couldn’t sleep. The room we had clearly had been flooded from the bathroom at some point and the flooring was damaged with water marks and not repaired. The kettle provided couldn’t be used unless plugged into the low plug on the floor which was the only plug in the room unless you started unplugging lamps. Child bed was not comfortable and children moaned about quality. Overall a poor experience. Drinks in the bar expensive and breakfast options just a poor buffet without great selection. For the money I wouldn’t recommend this option as you’d find something independent rather than a chain with people who care and better decor.
